The Contro Box from DF System is able to comunicate with leveling monitor by CAN Bus interface allowing the user to have the usual features of the leveling system, in addition it offers the over-ride feature for the most demanding task.

The ECU that provide all this features is powered with Cortex M4 microprocessor, allowing us to comunicate with CAN Bus and control the valves in three differend modes:

On/Off Valve

PWM Voltage

PWM Frequency

The ECU can work in two operating mode, the first is AUTO and the second is MAN, in the first one the leveling system work like usual, in the second mode is the user that control the leveling system. The over-ride is performed in AUTO mode, when the user decide to control the leveling system he hasn't to switch to the MAN mode but can perform the adjustment by over-riding the leveling system just when needed.

The ECU allow to remove the valve driving board, this task is already performed from our ECU that comunicate with the leveling system.

To setup the ECU is just needed a PC with serial interface or converter and with our Configuration Tool is possible to change all the parameters regarding the valves.

For the most commonly used leveling system we supply (on demand) the parameter's configuration file. Our technicians will provide the configuration if requested by the customer.
